{tit}{cp}10% SUPERCHARGED OVERDRIVE BALANCERS HSV GTS VF V8 6.2L LSA Supercharger overdrive harmonic balancer upgrade kit is designed to enhance the LSA supercharged engine. The Powerbond overdrive harmonic balancer kit produces excellent horsepower and torque improvements over the factory level of boost and supercharger RPM. This harmonic balancer kit will increase boost by raising the RPM of your supercharger by overdriving it from the harmonic balancer. This kit does not replace the driven supercharger pulley on the supercharger snout. Testing has shown over 40 rear wheel horsepower improvement and over 3.5 lbs of boost with the 10% overdrive balancer pulley installed with the stock supercharger pulley on an otherwise stock engine. With tuning the overdrive harmonic balancer can be used alone. However further gains are possible with an upgraded fuel system and a supercharger driven pulley upgrade kit for higher boost levels. ‘Nemesis’ breaks UK electric car speed record

We’re not entirely sure how relevant a new UK speed record for an electric car is, but let’s be parochial and report it anyway. The ‘Nemesis’ is an electric car built round a second hand Lotus Exige, bought off eBay, by a team of engineers in a shed in Norfolk and driven by an Estate Agent from Gloucestershire.
